Hi, family. I just thought I would drop you a quick note to let you know what we did yesterday.
You know we are in Reno and have been visiting with family. We have walked the strip - wow, the lights sure are pretty. We have done a little boxing, but yesterday was the best.
We took a drive to Lake Tahoe. Man, the lake sure is blue. Did you know that it is the second deepest lake in the US? The water is clear down to around 75 feet deep, and it takes it's color from the sky. It was a beautiful clear blue sky yesterday, so the lake was sooooo blue.
My friend, Kermit the Hermit Crab and I wanted to go swimming in the lake, but it was too cold for me. Here is a picture of us together.

We hiked a beautiful trail down from the roadside to the lake. The clues said it was three miles, but we decided it was one mile down and five miles back. That was our story, and we are sticking to it.
We found one beautiful box, but the second box we could not find. It was at the lakeside, but there were too many boaters for us to find it without letting everyone know what we were doing.
Well, I have to run because we are packing up to go to Hawaii. I can't wait to get there and see all the beaches and the volcano!
